Chevy Mall - No recommended!
Ordered an expensive set of C8 Corvette Collector Coins. They sent me duplicate colors twice and then had the nerve to tell me that they didn't. Bella in customer service was indignant and arrogant! Check the pic below and tell me that they are not the same color. Do not buy from this company!

I have driven Chevy my entire life, and looked forward to sporting some of their gear. Ordered over a week ago, and slowly my items have been trickling in. One of the items was sent in an incorrect size and I called and left a voicemail which they claimed they never received. I told them of their error, and they tried to pin it on me. Office manager was rude, condescending, and arrogant. Was told a return Auth. Slip would be emailed to refund the whole order, but have not received that either. Seems like a scam to me. will be following up with owner

Misleading shipping times & poor customer service

Piss-poor customer service. Ordered a jacket, never heard anything from them for almost 2 weeks, emailed them about it & the misleading shipping time it stated on their website. Got a nasty email response, called them out on it, & then decided to wait for the jacket. Finally received it, then received an email from them AFTER I already had it, telling me it will be shipped out......PITIFUL!....NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! The company that shipped it out, did a good job and I wish they had the domain name CHEVY MALL.com instead. Cruisin Sports. They are an established company that I recognized from doing business with years ago working at a Chevy dealership. Top notch company from what I remember. I'll do business with them in the future.

Spent good money with them brought a lot of apparel, nothing was on time and my very last order I had to keep calling customer services and they telling me it's on back order my problem with them is that they have our email address just communicate with your customers don't tell us 7 to 10 business days and 2 to 3 weeks pass by very unprofessional

I ordered a Cheverlet black racing jacket and a Corvette shirt and a Bulldog shirt which they didn't have so they've credited my card back for the shirt that was out of stock ,I thought Great and went and bought him something else instead from a different store and now today they recharge my credit card and doesn't show online what item they've charged me for and when I call to tell the I didn't order anything else from them it tells you which button to push to talk to someone , but then it says that they are unable to speak to you at the moment , I DID-NOT GIVE PERMISSION FOR THEM TOO CHARGE MY CARD TODAY FOR ANYTHING , CHRISTMAS IS OVER CHEVY MALL , THEY NEED TO REFUND MY ACCOUNT , BUT ONLINE SAYS 20% RESTOCKING FEE , NOT I DIDN'T ORDER ANYTHING ELSE , AND ALSO I TRULY THOUGHT THEY QUALITY OF THE ITEMS WOULD BE SO MUCH BETTER ON THE TWO ITEMS I ORDERED AND RECEIVED BEFORE CHRISTMAS , WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE QUALITY OF THE TWO ITEMS I ORDERED , CHEVY MALL YOU NEED TO CREDIT MY CREDIT CARD BACK FOR THE CHARGE YOU DID TODAY , I DIDN'T ORDER ANYTHING ELSE FROM YOU !!!!!!!

I bought the Cheverlet black racing jacket's and the bulldog shirt and Corvette shirt , they took my order and money off my card , and then they don't have the Bulldog shirt I wanted , that shirt and the Cheverlet black racing jacket was my two favorite things out of my order, and as I said they didn't have the Bulldog shirt , but I just received The Cheverlet black racing jacket and I might as well went to the dollar store and bought a black sweat shirt with hoodie and ironed on the design , I paid 49.95 for this Cheverlet black racing jacket , and I'm so disappointed , QUALITY OF MERCHANDISE IS SUPER CHEAP , DOLLAR STORE QUILITY , I AM SO UPSET , FIRST TIME I'VE ORDERED FROM THIS COMPANY AND WILL BE MY LAST , TRULY THOUGHT WITH IT BEING CHEVY MALL PRODUCT'S WOULD BE OK HIGHER QUILITY , I AM SO DESISTATED AND DISAPPOINTED , THIS WAS MY SON IN LAWS MAIN GIFT AND I'M TO ASHAMED TO EVEN GIVE IT TO HIM , SCARED TO SEE WHAT AND HOW THE QUALITY OF THE CORVETTE TEE SHIRT WILL BE AND BULLDOG SHIRT I'M NOT EVEN GETTING NOW ,JUST AWFUL !!!!! I have ordered a Christmas gift for my boss on 12/04/19 and I still did not receive a tracking number and it is 12/31/19... They stopped responding to my e-mails... I am very upset with this service.

Beware of ordering from CHEVY MALL

I ordered three items for my son in law for Christmas thinking they would be better quality , NOT , And one item they didn't have so they credited my card back , I thought Great , so I went and bought him something else with the money they credited back to my account and now TODAY THEY'VE CHARGED MY CARD AGAIN ,AND WHEN I CALL AND PUSH THE BUTTON TO TALK TO SOMEONE IT SAYS THEY CAN'T TAKE CALLS AT THE TIME !!! And too cancel online it shows 20% restocking fee , THAT'S CRAP , BUT CAN'T EVEN CANCEL ONLINE BECAUSE IT DOESN'T SHOW ME THE ORDER THEY TOOK THE MONEY FOR OR MY OLD ORDER EVER , I'M DISABLED DUE TO ACCIDENT BY DRUNK DRIVER , I LIVE MONTH TO MONTH AND CAN'T AFFORD FOR COMPANIES LIKE THESE TO SCREW ME OUT OF THE LITTLE BIT OF MONEY I GET !!!!! Poor customer service and shipping

The worst experience I ever had with online shopping. Very poor customer service and shipping, absolutely not helpful.

I was charged $350 for the purchasing (for Christmas gift) on Dec 8th, today is Dec 29st and I didnt get even a confirmation or tracking number for my order.

Also I didnt get an answer on my email, just a "thank you letter"on Dec 21st and there is no clear answer from custumer service on the phone just keep lying that order is on the way and they going to send a tracking number. Definately I wont order again from them, very dissapointed and wouldn't recommend anyone to order anythyng from ChevyMall.

I Ordered A Corvette Coffee Mug From Chevy Mall On 9-19-2017 And I Payed By Pay Pal The $21.95 Included Shipping Costs So I E Mailed Them On When I Would Get It And They Said Anywhere From 1 Week To 3 Weeks So They Said Do You Want To Cancel It? So I Said Yes But I Said That Sense I Paid By Pay Pal That I Want A Refund Sense Im Canceling My Order And They Said That I Paid By Credit Card And They Have Not Charged My Card And I Said Excuse Me I Paid By Pay Pal As You Have The Click On Pay Pal Option So I Copied And Paisted My Bank Proof Of Me Paying By Pay Pal And The Dates And The Amount That They Took Out Of My Bank To Pay For My Corvette Coffee Mug And I Sent Them Two More E Mails With The Proof Of Me Paying By Pay Pal And I Have Not Gotten A Reply Back, Or My Money Back Too .

So Im Very Angry About The Whole Thing As Chevy Mall Is Extremely Very Dishonest. I Dont Want Anyone To Ever To Do Business With Them Ever I Learned My Lesson Never Again Will I Ever Do Any More Business With Chevy Mall.

I ordered for my son in law CHRISTMAS and , CHRISTMAS is over and now they just CHARGED my card without me ordering anything , and try to call and they are saying they can't take calls once they give you to Dept . I placed a xmas order on 12/17 and received tracking number with delivery date on 12/23 did not receive item until 12/29. This is my first and last time im ordering they need to figure what there shipping issues are . I had no gifts for some of my family members and disgusted.....
