I just recently purchased a car at this place, first off the mgr is a total sleezeball. He talked so much trash about the other dealership that I went to saying that there is no way they can get me a cat for that price just so i wouldn't buy from that dealership and i ended up getting the same car for the same price here. Return jacket because of sizing, did order lager as they run slim. Silm, it fit my 12 year old, NOT fifty year old man. When retur they stated jacket fit someone familiar with xxxl3, must have been husky old working there. Do not buy from here! Add comment

Very disappointed in company-so called - limited return/reimbursement policy. I spent $184.00 on car mats for a Chevy Cruze, which is a very popular vehicle. They were not what my son wanted (was a Christmas present) so I wanted to return them and continue to shop at Chevy Mall for another set. I am very DISAPPOINTED with the ordering experience. We have bought our last two vehicles (Corvette Stingray & Silverado) from Chevy and I wanted to get my Fiance matching Stingray leather jacket. When I placed the order, I was initially given the incorrect ETA on a custom leather jacket that I ordered on 11/26/15. I ordered a C7 jacket from Chevymall. After receiving it, I noticed the wrong print on the item. It has C6 letters with the C7 flag. Any corvette owner knows the difference and WILL not wear such a defective item. So I return the item, but as I'm being told they never received it. Could it be because they want to keep my money to help cover the cost of their defective inventory? I own a C7 and I am a GM employee and have much more accessories to be purchased. They on a regular basis ship ths wrong item. They will not ship the correct one until they receive the wrong one back. Poor business when it's their issue. I guess some people never ship the incorrect one back. Be cautious. Their shiping is very expensive in the world of most companies offer free shipping. It does give Chevy a bad name. Add comment

Ordered 4 t-shirts all of them said on the web site they had my size Two days later they emailed me saying one of the Lshirts was remove from my order it was discontinud the shirt I wAnted the most 2 shirts shipped the last shirt they they don't know we're its at There a real small store the *** rep said so a lot of there items come from different stores ?????? I bought a 3 yr old Chevy Traverse. They told me it had all the bells & whistles. Next day I realize it didn't even have a radio! 6 months later and a ton of calls & visits I finally got one. I have had nothing but trouble with this car & when I call I get NOWHERE with the dealership. 4 tires that should not be driven on and today air bags need to be serviced?? In regards to my earlier complaint they fixed the issue, they replaced the damaged cap and also fully refunded, so I will re-order. They do not work during the weekends so if you email them on Friday do not expect to get a response until Monday or Tuesday. In my case I didn't hear from them until Wednesday because Monday was a holiday and I could not get through their phone lines which was very frustrating but because of the holiday time of year I guess that is not normal.
