They on a regular basis ship ths wrong item. They will not ship the correct one until they receive the wrong one back. Poor business when it's their issue. I guess some people never ship the incorrect one back. Be cautious. Their shiping is very expensive in the world of most companies offer free shipping. It does give Chevy a bad name. Add comment

I bought a 3 yr old Chevy Traverse. They told me it had all the bells & whistles. Next day I realize it didn't even have a radio! 6 months later and a ton of calls & visits I finally got one. In regards to my earlier complaint they fixed the issue, they replaced the damaged cap and also fully refunded, so I will re-order. They do not work during the weekends so if you email them on Friday do not expect to get a response until Monday or Tuesday. I made a purchase on Black Friday and now 2 days before Christmas the order has just shipped! I paid $10.95 in shipping yet the tracker says it will be over a week before I see the product.
