On 12/12/13 my order of a $40 flashlight arrived well packaged. I opened this item and found it to be flawed (a scratch in the metal) very near the logo. I could have gone and gotten a $20 Maglight that was better constructed, more durable and had a lifetime guarantee. However, this is for a holiday gift for a Chevy fan and he will love it. Plased an order on 8/21/13 and received an e- mail confirmation that it would be shipped within 5 days. 8/31/13 I called customer service because I had not heard from them and was told it would be delivered in a couple days, that same day I received an e-mail stating it woul be delivered on 9/13/13. I ordered a t-shirt from ChevyMall on 12/17/12 for my husband's Christmas gift. To date (1/23/13) I have not received the order. 3 weeks ago I purchased 2 item from Chevy mall..I received an email saying my items were shipped. My bank account was also charged for both items plus shipping charges! 2 weeks later I received one of the items I ordered. I tried to contact chevy mall via phone, without luck! I ordered a Camaro Hoody on 4/2/2012 and now it is 5/4. I have called 3 times. They have refunded my shipping cost but they still do not know when it will be shipped out. "It's the suppliers fault". I placed my order on Jan. 19, to be sure to have the item for Valentine's Day. My complaint is virtually "verbatim" to the one before mine. Today is February 14. No merchandise.
