In regards to my earlier complaint they fixed the issue, they replaced the damaged cap and also fully refunded, so I will re-order. They do not work during the weekends so if you email them on Friday do not expect to get a response until Monday or Tuesday. I made a purchase on Black Friday and now 2 days before Christmas the order has just shipped! I paid $10.95 in shipping yet the tracker says it will be over a week before I see the product. My husband and I ordered some mud flaps from the Chevy mall website, and they charged my card three times. I've only received one payment back so far and have spoke with the company multiple times. On 12/12/13 my order of a $40 flashlight arrived well packaged. I opened this item and found it to be flawed (a scratch in the metal) very near the logo.
